Legends is the premier fitness class in Bend, Oregon! We are looking for 12 men & women ages 55 and up for our next session. If you want to FEEL GOOD- less aches and pains, learn to bend and pick things up in a safer way, prevent/ halt osteoporosis by strengthening bone density - then this class is for YOU!

 I never worked out, is this still for me?

Even more reason to start now! Our workouts are tailored to each Legend. We can make them easier or harder depending on your fitness level and where you are in your fitness journey!


 What kind of things are we hoping to improve?

To get off the toilet, couch, or chair easier,

pick things up off the ground without back pain

strengthen your upper back and improve posture

protect shoulders from injury

Connect your back and core while developing better balance

 What happens after 8 weeks?

After the session ends, you can continue working in the Legends group. We have a progression for all Legends that want to continue after the first 8 week period of time.

 When are classes held?

Monday and Wednesday

10:45-11:45AM

 What is the age range?

Our Legends class is for men and women who are 55 years or older! We have trained people into their 90's!

 Can you work around my old injury?

Yes! This is designed as a class to get you training at any level, no matter your past injuries.

  What if I think the class will be too hard?

That's the beauty of a Legends class; we understand that working out can be intimidating, but we also realize that your fitness won't improve by not doing anything!

Do I need Fitness Experience?

No experience needed! We will teach you everything you need to know to safely workout each class!

Kelly Thom

 Fitness Coach

Kelly is a is a certified personal trainer (NASM), CF Level 1 coach, Pregnant & Postpartum Athleticism coach and has a background in teaching preschool (9 years).

Kelly enjoys finding ways to make each person feel comfortable in the gym while helping them gain the confidence needed to meet their goals. Kelly understands that everyone comes with different injuries, limitations and backgrounds and will ensure that each workout is modified to fit your needs.

Outside of the gym Kelly enjoys duck hunting with her dad, paddleboarding, finding new lakes and trails with her 87 year old grandma, line dancing and skiing. Her goal is to keep you moving and happy for life!
