When is it safe to return
to working out?
Ask your doctor for their specific recommendations, but the general guideline is 6 weeks postpartum.
Even more reason to start now! Our workouts are tailored to each mom. We can make them easier or harder depending on your fitness level and where you're in your postpartum journey
Craving a little dedicated Mom time? You can absolutely come solo.
What happens after 8 weeks?
After the session ends, you can move into our Mom Strong program which runs at 11AM on Monday and Wednesday. This program will keep your fitness moving forward and you can continue to bring in your little one all the way up to 18 months.

What is the baby age range?
Babies should be anywhere from 6-8 weeks to 6 months for this program. Beyond that age, we've got a program for that too!
Yes! This is designed as a "Mommy and Me" class where your little one can hang out with you while you workout.
That's the beauty of an all-Moms class; we understand blowouts happen, children need to be fed, or held, or talked to. Tend to your little one and hop right back into the workout!
Do I need Fitness Experience?
No experience needed! We will teach you everything you need to know to safely workout each class!

Jules is a Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and
Registered Dietician
Education: BS Exercise Science, MS Food Policy & Applied Nutrition, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Certified Pre & Postnatal Coach (through Girls Gone Strong)
16 years as a personal trainer and or group fitness instructor, 13 years nutrition counseling (one one one and group programs)
Jules is no stranger to Motherhood and postpartum recovery. She's got a little one of her own, and is a strong and healthy
role model for her daughter

Mom Fit is an essential class for all moms postpartum who want to return to working out safely! Coach Jules has years of experience working with postpartum Moms and it shows.
The programming and coaching ensured that I got a good workout with out over exerting myself. Jules was always checking our technique and form through out the classes. Lots of focus and information on pelvic floor and diastasis recti healing. Though each mom was in a different spot in their postpartum journey, the environment
was so supportive and encouraging. Being able to bring my baby to class was super convenient and allowed me to get out of the house and get moving again. The gym was always clean and has all the weights and equipment to suit everyone's needs. Coach Jules is also a dietician and was a great resource for nutrition questions.
