What results can I expect from the program?
You’ll build strength, improve your energy, support your metabolism, and feel more confident in and out of the gym. You’ll also develop sustainable habits that set you up for long-term success.
How is this different from other fitness programs or group classes?
Strong Her combines expert strength coaching with education and community support. We focus on building long-term strength, health, and confidence—not quick fixes.
What happens after 8 weeks?
After the session ends, you can move into our personal training program or our group training program. Either program will keep your fitness moving forward and you can continue making progress towards your goals!
When are classes held?
Monday and Wednesday
5:15-6:15PM
What’s included in the program?
Strong Her includes in-person strength training sessions, weekly educational webinars on nutrition, sleep, stress, and recovery, and body composition scans at the start and end of the program. You'll also have direct support from expert coaches.
Will this program help with weight loss or fat loss?
While weight loss isn’t the only goal, many women experience positive changes in body composition, strength, and overall health. Our focus is on building muscle, improving metabolism, and creating lasting results.
What if I can't make the video class?
We will record all 8 weeks of the zoom calls so that you can get the recorded versions and watch when you have time!
Do I need Fitness Experience?
No experience needed! We will teach you everything you need to know to safely workout each class!

Sam Summers is a strength coach and educator at OC, dedicated to helping women move with confidence, strength, and purpose. With a background in competitive soccer and basketball, Sam’s passion for movement began early and evolved through her own experience managing a congenital knee condition and learning the value of training for longevity.
She has coached across multiple disciplines—including basketball, soccer, and martial arts—before focusing her career on strength training and recovery. Drawing from years of coaching experience and her own journey through injury and rebuilding, Sam creates empowering, supportive environments that help women discover their full potential.
Sam’s mission is to help women build lasting strength and resilience—both in the gym and in life—so they can feel capable, confident, and strong in every environment.

Caitlin Wells is a sports pharmacist, certified sports nutrition coach, and personal trainer who’s passionate about helping women feel strong, energized, and confident in their bodies. She knows what it’s like to juggle work, family, and health—and she’s here to make strength training and health simple, sustainable, and realistic. Through Strong Her, Caitlin combines science-backed training and real-world strategies to help you build lasting strength and a life you feel good in.
